GOVERMENT TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE:

Rates are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
Low Season : January 8th through June 30th and September 1st through December 23rd
High Season : July 1st through 31st  August and December 24ththrough January 7th

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME:

Our standard check-in time is 14:00 pm and check-ouT time is 12:00 noon.

DAY USE

Late check-out up to 1:00 pm is free upon availability. Late check-out up to 3:00 pm there will be 25% from the average of daily room rate will be charged. Late check-out up to 6:00 pm there will be 50% from the average of daily room rate will be charged. Late check-out after 6:00 pm there will be 100% from the average of daily room rate will be charged.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Baby cot is free of charge and available upon advance request. Complimentary kid's breakfast is offered for children under 5 years of age, if sharing a villa with parents. Children 5-12 years old will be charged USD. 10++/night for daily breakfast if sharing a villa with parents.

PAYMENT:

We accept Cash, Bank transfer, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Master card)

CANCELLATION:

Any cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will be charged one night's villa rate, and cancellations received less then seven (7) days prior to arrival (or no show) will result in full payment for the total period booked.
